Ingredients
- 2 Cups Self Raising Flour
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 3/4 Cup Buttermilk
- 1/2 Cup Oil
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup Chopped Australian Prunes
- 1 Cup Chocolate Chunks
- 1/2 Cup Salted Caramel Sauce
Method
- Combine all ingredients and mix to combine.
- Bake at 180 deg Celcius for 15-20mins
