GREEN POWER SMOOTHIE with PRUNES
Preparation time: 5 minutes
This smoothie may just become your favourite breakfast. Its delicious!
Level of difficulty: Easy
Prep time: 5 mins
Vegetarian, gluten free.
1 cup spinach (English or silverbeet), washed and chopped
2 tbsp canned pineapple in natural juice, drained
1 small Lebanese cucumber
40g Australian prunes, pitted (approx. 5)
1/2 cup regular fat natural yoghurt
1/2 cup water
1 tsp honey
1/2 cup whole milk
Blitz all ingredients together in a blender until smooth and frothy.
Optional: You could add a tsp of spirulina to this for an extra nutritional boost!
